⚡ Program Structure
The Phoenix 8 Protocol™ consists of 8 weekly 45-minute sessions, unlimited email support, personalized pattern assessments, and custom transformation protocols. Sessions are conducted virtually via secure video conferencing. All materials and recordings remain accessible for 12 months post-completion.
? Investment & Payment
Program investment reflects premium executive-level service and personalized attention. Payment plans are available for qualified participants. Corporate sponsorship and executive development budgets are commonly used. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems.
? Your Commitments
Participants commit to attending all scheduled sessions, completing pattern assessments, implementing prescribed protocols, and maintaining confidentiality of other participants if in group settings. Rescheduling requires 48-hour notice except for emergencies.
? Intellectual Property
All Phoenix 8 Protocol™ materials, including the Burnout Pattern™ assessment, transformation protocols, and coaching methodologies, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Personal use is permitted; commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written consent.
⚖️ Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, binding arbitration will be conducted through the American Arbitration Association. This agreement is governed by the laws of California. Each party bears their own legal costs.

Confidentiality Exceptions: While we maintain strict confidentiality, we are required to report: imminent danger to self or others, suspected child or elder abuse, or information required by court order.
